For coaches & creators

Bring your community. We’ll handle the rest.

You already teach people who’d travel to train with you. The reason it hasn’t happened yet is everything around the teaching — venues, deposits, insurance, payments, the person who emails at 2am about a dietary requirement. That’s our half.

What we handle

  • Venue and logistics

Sourcing, contracts, deposits, transfers, catering and the on-the-ground team. You arrive to a retreat that already works.

  • Bookings and payments

Booking page, guest payments, deposits, refunds and the awkward emails. You never chase anyone for money.

  • Insurance and compliance

Public liability, guest terms, cancellation policy and the paperwork that makes a retreat legal to run.

  • Guest support

Pre-trip questions, dietary requirements, travel logistics and anything that comes up on the ground.

What you bring

  • Your community, and an honest sense of who'd travel for you
  • The teaching — sessions, programming and your actual expertise
  • A few stories and posts in the run-up, agreed in advance
  • Four days of your time — present and hosting, not a full week away

The programme stays yours. We shape the days around how you already teach rather than handing you a script.

How you get paid

A fixed hosting fee, paid whether or not the retreat sells out, plus a share of every booking. Agreed in writing before anything goes live.

Hosting fee

[FEE]

Paid per retreat, regardless of bookings.

Revenue share

[SHARE]%

On every booking for your retreat.

Your financial risk

None

We carry deposits and cancellation exposure.

Before you send this page: replace [FEE] and [SHARE] in src/app/hosts/page.tsx with the real terms. For reference, retreat hosts are commonly paid a €1,000–€3,000 hosting fee plus 10–20% of bookings, but set what works for your margins — these are placeholders, not a recommendation.

Three formats for the opening season

Short by design — an arrival day, two full days of programming and a departure day. Easier to sell to your audience than a full week, and a smaller ask of your own calendar. Venues are scouted and costed; dates get fixed once a host is confirmed, around your calendar rather than ours.

Château Reset

For people who need to actually stop.

Rubelles, Seine-et-Marne · France
